Google Declaration of Data Protection

This website uses the web analysis service ‘Google Analytics’ by Google Inc.
(“Google”). Google Analytics makes use of so-called “cookies”, i.e. text files saved on your computer, allowing an analysis of your use of the website. The information produced by the cookies about your use of the website (including your IP-address) is usually transmitted to a server based in the US and stored there. In the event of an activation of IP anonymisation on this website, Google will, however, prior to this truncate your IP address in EU member states or other signatories to the Treaty of the European Economic Area (EEA). The full IP address will only be transmitted to a Google server and truncated there in exceptional cases.
On behalf of this website operator Google will use this information to analyse your website use, compile website activity reports and to provide services for the website operator associated with the use of the website and internet. The IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics will not be combined with other data from Google. You may refuse or prevent cookies from being saved by changing the settings of your browser software. We like to advise you, however, that in such case some website features or services may not function properly without cookies. You may moreover prevent data from being collected and processed by Google resulting from the data produced by the cookie and your use of the website (incl. IP address) by downloading and installing the following browser plug-in available below:
tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
In light of the discussion concerning the use of analytic tools with complete IP addresses we like to advise that this website makes use of Google Analytics with the extension “_anonymizeIp()” , therefore processing only truncated IP-addresses to rule out any direct identification of individual users.”

Data security
All personal data collected via bookings and orders in connection with the transmittal of bank account details are transmitted securely on the internet using the common SSL procedure (Secure Secret Layer). By taking proper technical and organisational measures on our servers we ensure that your data is protected from potential loss, destruction, access, modification or dissemination by unauthorised persons.

In accordance with the German Federal Data Protection Act, you are entitled to request information at no extra charge about your stored data and, as the case may be, request that this information be corrected, blocked or removed.
