During 300 years of Brandenburg and Prussian history, numerous artists, architects and landscape gardeners from Germany and abroad have helped shape its striking cultural landscape. Come and discover Brandenburg’s idyllic greener side! The tour takes in Potsdam and Bad Muskau. You will visit Sanssouci and Babelsberg’s ensemble of palaces and parks, now UNESCO World Heritage Sites, and the renowned 18th and 19th century gardens of New Garden, home to Cecilienhof Palace, and Karl Förster Garden. You will then leave Potsdam and head for Bad Muskau where you will retrace the footsteps of Prince Hermann of Pückler-Muskau as you stroll around the park named after the prince and admire its hills, lakes and adjoining palace. The day will end with a visit to Branitz Park near Cottbus.
