We consider the protection of your data as our top priority. For this reason we have drawn up below a detailed overview of how and to what an extent we utilise your data:

Collection, processing and use of your data
You may normally visit our website without having to provide any personal information. The TMB Tourism and Marketing Brandenburg GmbH will only be saving your data as to be able to pursue its business objectives (e.g. posting of brochures, ordering of newsletters, booking procedures). We only collect and make use of the information stored as far this is required within the scope of enabling and utilising services and rendering account if necessary (Art. 15 German Telemedia Act / TMG). In any case and at any time you are entitled to have your personal data removed. The TMB enters the obligation to immediately remove in its entirety your personal data from the data base as soon as you prompt us to do so via telephone, fax, letter or e-mail.
Forwarding of your data
In principle, the TMB does not make available to third parties your personal data you transmitted to us via the contact sheet, for newsletter and brochure subscriptions, lottery participation, orders from our shop or requests for offers. Data provided to us within the scope of bookings are exclusively used for the purpose of transacting a booking. To fulfil this purpose and as far as necessary, your data will be forwarded to third parties, for instance to the hotel you booked. These third-party companies must utilise your data for the exclusive purpose of fulfilment of your order.
Storage of booking and order confirmations (electronic contracts)
We store data pertaining to personal bookings and orders placed and forward you this information via e-mail or fax. For security reasons your personal booking and order information will then not be accessible anymore through the internet. 
Use of cookies
Cookies set up for requests and bookings in the online booking function are created for each individual communication process (session cookies). They do not contain any personal data and will be deleted after the online activity or transaction has been completed.
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”).  Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States . Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage.  Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. Data security
All personal data collected via bookings and orders in connection with the transmittal of bank account details are transmitted securely on the internet using the common SSL procedure (Secure Secret Layer). By taking proper technical and organisational measures on our servers we ensure that your data is protected from potential loss, destruction, access, modification or dissemination by unauthorised persons.
Right to obtain information
In accordance with the German Federal Data Protection Act, you are entitled to request information at no extra charge about your stored data and, as the case may be, request that this information be corrected, blocked or removed.

Liability for the contents
The contents of our pages have been drawn up with due care and diligence. We cannot, however assume responsibility for the accuracy, completeness and topicality of contents.
