The best burgers, using local, environmentally friendly ingredients. This welcoming burger restaurant near the market square in Eberswalde places great value on the origins of the ingredients it uses. The beef comes fresh from local farms, the buns originate from local artisan producers, and all of the sauces are home-made. The vegetarian and vegan range doesn’t disappoint, either: Almost half of the burgers on offer can be served without meat.
