The cycle tour of about 27 km combines typical Brandenburg nature and diverse gastronomy with the glider airfield in Friedersdorf. The tour runs mostly on paved cycle paths and side roads and offers some variety. The start and finish is at the tourist information office in Prieros. Bathing enthusiasts take the "An der Dubrow" turnoff after the bridge in Prieros. The forest path ends at a small, hidden bathing area at the Huschtesee lake with a sandy beach. Afterwards, you can enjoy delicious ice cream creations in Gräbendorf and Gussow.

Over the "Dahme Bridge" in Bindowbrück, the trail continues via Bindow to Friedersdorf. Behind Bindow, the cycle path runs alongside the road on a beautiful asphalt surface.

In Friedersdorf you can catch a regional train to Frankfurt (Oder) and Königs Wusterhausen. The beautifully restored Alte Mühle restaurant in the immediate vicinity of the station offers fresh regional cuisine in the garden and in the mill. With a bit of luck, the hustle and bustle of glider pilots can be observed at the airfield in Friedersdorf. On weekends, weather permitting, you can take a two-seater flight and experience the nature park from above.

The tour continues via the Wolziger Colony to Blossin. A visit to the harbour café in the youth education centre or the nearby fishing hut is always a good idea. Finally, the loop leads back to the starting point in Prieros via Kolberg. In Kolberg, a visit to the herb and nature farm a little off the route is worthwhile.
