Bauernhof Blankenfelde is on the old Blankenfeld village green between the forge, the village pond and the church. The four-sided farmyard was built between 1822 and 1930 and has been back in operation as a hobby farm since October 2016. The farm is run according to the Naturland Guidelines on Organic Agriculture and EU Council Regulation on Organic Agriculture and is in the process of switching over to organic cultivation, which will be completed after three agricultural years. Some of the products are already certified organic. On the farm, there is a certified organic cheese dairy, which uses the milk from the farm’ cows to produce yoghurt, quark, butter and different varieties of mature cheese.

The farm shop sells a range of products from the farm, such as unpasteurised milk, milk products, eggs, honey and seasonal vegetables. There is also a selection of products from organic producers in the region, e.g. fruit and vegetables from Obst- und Gemüsehof Teltower Rübchen, bread from an organic bakery in Berlin and various cheeses from other organic cheese dairies. The shop also stocks staples such as flour, muesli, grains and oil. Organic meat from the farm’s own abattoir can also be pre-ordered at regular intervals.

The farm is happy to offer guided tours for kindergardens and schools on request.
