Discover regional delicacies and culinary delights! The cuisine at the Flair Hotel Reuner includes seasonal and local specialities, such as home-grown vegetables, game and fish from Märkisch forests and lakes, as well as home-made cakes. Chef de cuisine and hotel manager Daniel Reuner is known beyond the region for his innovative ideas relating to local cuisine. The freshest products come directly from the hotel’s own vegetable garden to the kitchen. The entire range of seasonal produce from the Fläming region are grown just outside the kitchen: cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, celery, peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, apples, plums, strawberries, kohlrabi, cabbage, pattypan squash, pumpkins,cape gooseberries, salads, herbs and much more. Fresh meat from species-appropriate husbandry also comes from the hotel’s own breeding of Zossen wild lambs. Quails and rabbits are also bred.
