Seasonal and rustic German cuisine is served to guests at Gasthaus Rehbrücke. The restaurant with its floor-length windows in the conservatory is bright and welcoming and the country house décor provides a comfortable ambience. One look at the menu and it soon becomes clear: the classic schnitzel comes in many variation here; steak, Solyanka (spicy and sour Russian soup) and ragout are also on the menu. Some of the regional dishes were popular in the GDR era and are still gladly ordered today. Wednesday is always the day for “Schnitzel satt” (all-you-can-eat schnitzel) and on Thursday there are spare ribs.
