On a walk through the medieval “Capital of Fläming”, experience impressive churches, one of the oldest town halls in Brandenburg and lovingly restored town houses. A further highlight is exploring the town fortifications of Jüterbog with their listed walls, gates and towers. Listen to the legend of the “Smith of Jüterbog”, the story of the famous saying that hangs from the town gates and the “White Lady” of the Marian monastery.

Public guided tours take place from April to October every Wednesday at 2 p.m. and every Sunday at 11 p.m. The starting point for the 90 minute guided tour is at the city information centre at the monastery, Mönchenkirchplatz 4.
