Israeli cuisine with Fish specialties from the lake and sea. As the sun is touching the white wooden American-style pavilion with its spacious porch, memories come alive of the legendary Key West, Florida and its typical harbour flair with bars in which Ernest Hemingway used to feel at home. There is certainly a lot to look at in the restaurant flooded with light. Delicious seafood is freshly prepared in the open show kitchen, ranging from red snapper, scallops to spined loach and salmon.
