The game, predominantly wild boar, venison, roe deer, rabbit, pheasant and wild duck, is prepared according to recipes handed down over generations. The meat is sourced from regional game merchants and local hunters. Regional, seasonal and freshly prepared food is guaranteed. Rustic hunting trophies decorate the walls to impress guests. The dining areas have names like “Hunter’s Room” and “Game Room”.
