The Stober country estate, the former agricultural model farm belonging to the Borsig railway dynasty, is today a modern restaurant, hotel and event facility with capacity for up to 2,000 people. As food and agriculture played an important role on the estate for the Borsig family, market-fresh organic produce continues to be served today.

Apart from enjoying outstanding cuisine in the “Seeterrassen” restaurant, guests are also treated to a unique view of Lake Groß Behnitzer See. The kitchen team relies on seasonal dishes with products from the Mark Brandenburg region. The menu focuses on market-fresh products, excellent links to small producers and meat from the animals that grazed on the local pastures.
