This holiday home is situated in the idyllic, picturesque village of Ferch, a former fishing village that is now a village district of Schwielowsee, a state-approved resort and a ‘family- and child-friendly municipality 2015’.

The resort is right beside the ‘Fercher Uferweg’ on Lake Schwielowsee, a cycle path that leads around the lake. It includes 9 holiday homes for 2–5 people and a holiday tavern, ‘Ferchi’, that can be booked for parties or just for an enjoyable time together. You can cross the lakeside cycle path to reach a jetty belonging to the Weiße Flotte Potsdam (approximately 100 metres) plus 2 bathing areas (approximately 5 and 10 minutes on foot, respectively). The park-like estate spans over 20,000 square metres and features a playground, a sports field, a volleyball court and a basketball court. There is also a table tennis room and a small gym. Naturally we are child-friendly. The size of this resort and the facilities it offers make it perfect when booking for larger travel groups, too. All our bungalows and ‘harvest houses’ have a bright, welcoming decor, and are situated in a peaceful location on a park-like estate with nice views. They generally have a living and dining room area with a small kitchen and a shower bathroom. The 2 available bedrooms can be occupied by 2 to 4 people (1 room with a double bed, 1 room with double bunk beds, plus 1 additional bed if necessary for a total of 5 people). There is a small terrace in front of the houses, and for most of the houses it is covered. Bed linen and towels (50x100 centimetres) are included. Parking spaces are also available.
