The hotel restaurant welcomes guests in style in its building in the town centre of Guben, which is under monument protection. The restaurant serves regional and international cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere. The menu includes dishes, such as beef carpaccio, as well as ragout made with venison caught in the surrounding forests.
The tastefully decorated interior holds 32 guests on two levels. On warmer days, the summer terrace, with seating for a further 40 people, lets guests watch the hustle and bustle of town-centre life. In the evening, the cocktail bar serves small but lovingly prepared snacks and shaken drinks.
