The apartment was newly renovated in 2021 and is located in the house of the host on the 1st floor. The apartment is accessible to visitors via a separate external staircase. A balcony with seating and parasol, overlooking the garden serve the well-being during the stay. Various recreational sports equipment (eg bicycles) can be used partly for a small fee. On the premises there is a parking lot for the car.

The modern and lovingly furnished vacation apartment (40 m²) is ideally suited for 2 people. Guests will find a combined living and sleeping area. Sleeping is on a sofa bed and a 3rd person finds a place to sleep on a guest bed. The equipment of the apartment includes a small, well-equipped open kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker and many other amenities. The bathroom has a washbasin, walk-in shower and toilet.

The apartment is located, only about 3 km away from the Bärwalder See, the largest in the lake district.  Cyclists and skaters also use the asphalt circular path around the lake. Excursion destinations are the "Findlingspark Nochten", the "Erlichthof Rietschen" or the dinosaur park in Kleinwelka.
