It comprises a separate bedroom, a combined living/bedroom with open kitchen, a hallway and a bathroom with bathtub, shower/toilet and washing machine ensuring you feel entirely at home when on holiday. In the large outdoor area belonging to the holiday home there is an attractive covered seating area, a separate seating area with barbecue facilities and a large garden where guests can relax and play. For children there is a sandpit, a handcart and toys, while a high chair and a travel cot are provided for infants. The property is fully fenced and offers parking.

The holiday home is in set in a quiet location directly on the edge of the forest and not far from Lake Senftenberger See. Using the two bicycles provided, you can get to the beach area in less than five minutes, or else it is a ten-minute walk. Großkoschen Holiday Park is the same distance away. Here there are countless leisure facilities available for young and old (mini-golf, trampoline park, table tennis, playgrounds, waterslides, as well as go-kart and bicycle rental services). Restaurants are to be found there too, as well as shops selling goods to cover guests’ daily needs.
