The holiday apartment is in the basement of a house built in 1991. The entrance to the holiday apartment is from the garden, leading into a small, modernised kitchen.

The kitchen has a ceramic hob, sink, dishwasher and an electric oven and grill on the right. On the left are the cupboards as well as a fridge with a freezer compartment, a kettle, coffee machine and other appliances to complete the facilities.

A door then leads to the hallway with a hall cupboard and shoe cupboard. The seat cushions for outside are also found here. The hallway leads into the shower/toilet room, the living room and the adjoining bedroom.

The living room is equipped with a couch, television unit with a television, a dining table and chairs, a desk and a small cupboard. Wi-fi is available.

The adjoining bedroom has a double bed, a single bed and bedside tables, a valet stand and two wardrobes.

The holiday apartment’s terrace is outside the entrance door, with garden furniture and a barbecue.

From here, guests have a wonderful view of the manicured garden, Lake Baalensee near the town and the town centre on the opposite side.

There is an artificial garden pond, campfire area and accompanying seating in the garden. The lawn can be used for games and sports as well as to relax on loungers.

You can drive you car in by a separate entrance and park on the fenced-in property. If you bring your own bicycles, they can be stored under an open carport. Bicycles are also provided by the landlord however.
