Charging plug: 1x Type 2, 1 standard socket

Signposted parking for electric vehicles: no

Opening hours: The charging station is operated with an RFID card which must be borrowed from the airfield tower. Summer: 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., Winter: 8 a.m. to 30 minutes after sunset.

Strausberg – The green town by the lake

Our charging station is immediately in front of the air base on Strausberg airfield. It is possible to rent e-bikes in the tower itself. Lake Straussee, with its consistently high water quality, is only 3 kilometres away an easily reached by bicycle. Those who prefer not to go swimming can fortify themselves in the “Doppeldecker” restaurant right next to the charging station and relax as they watch the aircraft take off and land. You can also discover our historic Old Town, with the St. Marienkirche church, the municipal lakeside bathing centre or our Lake Straussee ferry, which is unique in Europe. You can get here by bicycle in less than 10 minutes.
