This demonstration and teaching garden is 4,300 square metres in size and offers a recreation area for nature and garden lovers. Visitors can also obtain suggestions and information for their own gardening activities. In five spaciously laid out areas, visitors can view various garden design options including a pharmacy garden, a herb garden, a rock garden, a farm garden and a pond.

The garden is managed according to the principles of Kurt Kretschmann, so mulch is used instead of fertiliser and attention is paid to the efficient use of water. From spring until late autumn, you will always find something in blossom here.
