The Rösicke bakery is a 5th generation family business founded in 1901. They still produce their baked goods by hand. In addition to sourdough bread and various types of rolls from the stone oven, they also offer a wide range of sheet cakes and canapés for every occasion. At Christmas time they also have a wide selection of Christmas biscuits and stollen. The bakery's café, which seats about 20 guests, and their stand-up café are also popular. They have something for every taste, including "Bockwurst" sausage, freshly made egg salad or filled bread rolls. There is parking right outside the shop.
