Where the Alte Schlaube and the venerable Friedrich Wilhelm Canal flow into Lake Brieskow, you will find the Zum Oderfischer restaurant. Adjacent to marvellous meadows and unspoilt oak forests along the unspoilt Oder river, you can enjoy fresh fish from our own catch. Salads, aspic specialities and ready-to-cook fish products are also offered from our own processing and preparation. You can choose your favourites from over 20 different preparations, including starters and soups from the river, lake and sea. Of course, there are also other dishes of the day in addition to fish.

Fischer Schneider is a good starting point for hikes to the Steep Wall on the Oder. The fishing raft ‘Blaue Anne’ can be booked by prior arrangement. Fishing licences are also sold.
