If you drive from the south to Wulkow, you will be struck by the unusual architecture of a building on the left-hand side of the road before you reach the town. The low-energy building Domespace – popularly known as the “Ufo” – lives up to its nickname: it looks exactly like an alien spacecraft. The circular low-energy house has been rented out as a holiday home by the local Ökospeicherverein for several years now. The entire “Ufo” is available for rent, with 8 beds in double rooms (up to max. 1 extra bed), kitchen and bathrooms on the levels as well as a spacious and comfortable living room area. The holiday home is situated in a charming, quiet setting with a pond and beach volleyball field on a huge, open natural area. The outdoor area includes garden furniture, a barbecue, a fireplace and 4 parking spaces on the property. Other reasonably priced accommodation, café and an organic food shop are available in the Ökospeicher building in the centre of the village. The house is NOT suitable for pets!
