Ballonreisen Schäfer offer balloon rides all year round in the south west Berlin and Brandenburg airspace. The regular take-off point is the balloon airfield in Beelitz. The direction of the trip is determined by the wind. Possible routes fly over Havelland with its many lakes or over the diverse Fläming landscape. In spring, the fruit blossoms are particularly worth seeing, as are the colourful trees and bird migrations in autumn.

In summer, take-off is only possible at sunrise or two to three hours before sunset, in winter at noon as well. Flights depend on the weather. You should allow approximately four hours, with the balloon ride itself lasting one to one and a half hours.
