Guest berths are available on the floating jetty, which is signposted with the yellow wave symbol. The jetty is located at the entrance to Jacobsgraben, which branches off from the Untere Havel Wasserstrasse (UHW) at kilometre 58.6. The floating jetty has a shallow ramp leading to the shore which is also suitable for disabled water sports enthusiasts (wheelchair users with assistance). There is also a fully accessible swimming pool in the service building in the immediate vicinity of the jetty.

For canoes there is a launch and recovery point where the boat can easily be pulled out of the water. Guests also have access to bathroom facilities, a fully equipped communal kitchen, free Wi-fi, a beach volleyball pitch, a trampoline, barbecue facilities and luggage storage in lockable garages.
