The bivouac site is located in a very scenic area on the outskirts of the village of Göttlin in the nature reserve "Untere Havel Nord" in the Nature and Star Park Westhavelland. The Havel cycle path and the Havelland cycle path pass directly by it. The site is used by waterway travelers and cyclists. The village's swimming area is immediately adjacent.

Please be considerate of each other, observe the regulations of the protected area, and leave the site clean.

Location: UHW kilometre 107.4

Information on use of the bivouac area:
  • Open fire at the fire pit only
  • Wood can be taken from the timber store
  • Camping for no more than 4 tents within the boundaries
  • Staying the night in the bivouac area: Euro 2.50/person
  • Use of canoe storage
  • Portable toilet can be used
  • Please keep the area clean and tidy!


Facilities:

  • Seating, covered and uncovered
  • Fireplace, barbecue
  • Portable toilet
  • Canoe storage facilities, bicycle rack
  • Timber storage with firewood for free use
  • Information panel on the Westhavelland Nature Park and the Lower Havel Lowland Water Sports Area


Note:

  • Bathing area with attractive lido directly adjacent
  • No shops in the village
