The playground is located in a well-maintained, traffic-calmed area in Hoyerswerda and consists of several age-appropriate play areas. For toddlers, there is a play area with a small climbing frame, a slide, and various balancing and climbing elements. The ground is covered with fine sand, which provides additional safety. In the immediate vicinity is a double swing with a disc-shaped net seat, suitable for several children at the same time.

Another area features a climbing tower with a long, enclosed tube slide. The tower is accessible via net elements and has an appealing color scheme. Within sight of this is a small climbing rock with several large natural stones and an information board entitled “Silbersee” (Silver Lake), which refers to a playful theme.

There is also a cable car with a wooden launch ramp. The entire area is accessible via paved paths, and seating and trash cans are provided. The playground is surrounded by trees and shrubs, which provide shade and a pleasant environment on hot days.
