The spacious vacation home (approx. 125 m²) extends over two floors and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The separate bedroom has a comfortable double bed and an extra bed for a child. The light-flooded living area invites you to linger with its modern furnishings, air conditioning and direct access to the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and kettle - ideal for cooking together. The adjoining conservatory is ideal for dining or for a games evening together. The bathroom combines comfort and functionality with a bathtub, walk-in shower and underfloor heating, which also provides pleasant warmth in all other rooms. Outside, guests can enjoy a covered barbecue area, which is accessible both from the house and via a spiral staircase, as well as a large garden with a play area and seating. Children have plenty of space to play, while adults can enjoy the tranquillity of nature. There is a private parking space right next to the house. This accommodation is ideal for small families and couples who value comprehensive facilities and an environment close to nature.
