The renovated semi-detached house, Villa Seenswert, in Lauta offers a peaceful setting for your stay. Access to the flat is via the shared entrance area of the house, leading up a flight of stairs to the upper floor. The rooms in the holiday flat are, of course, lockable for guests.

Smoking is not permitted inside the flat or in the outdoor areas.

Up to two dogs are welcome for a fee. Bowls, a dog blanket, towels and poo bags are provided. Dogs are allowed to roam freely indoors, but must be kept on a lead outdoors. Guests are welcome to use the garden, and the surrounding area is ideal for walks and letting dogs run around.
