A permanent exhibition presents the extensive costume doll collection in the costumes of the Sorbs in Schleife, takes visitors into the world of the Sorbian Schleife myths and illustrates the Sorbian techniques of Easter egg decorating.

In temporary exhibitions, regional artists and folk artists present their paintings, graphics, photographs and more.

Special events include the Sorbian Easter Egg Market in Schleife, the “Customs-Costumes-Traditions” series of events, concerts, plays and holiday programmes.

If required, travel groups can be welcomed with bread and salt and learn some interesting facts in a lecture about the history of Sorbia, and its language, customs and costumes
