The café and restaurant in its modern and unpretentious style is situated directly in the Museum Barberini. The glass pavilion in the museum courtyard is open during the summer months and offers additional seating in the courtyard. From there, visitors have a direct view of the scenic “Alte Fahrt” waterway of the River Havel and the “Freundschaftsinsel” or Friendship Island opposite. The menu offers quiches, pasta and salads, a selected range of cakes and tarts as well as hot and cold beverages.
