This farm shop sells whatever grows and lives on the farm. Some of the products are processed, while others are sold in their pure form. These include sausages and meat made from animals such as saddleback pigs and Coburger Fuchsschaf lamb – reared according to strict animal welfare standards. Also, our home-grown seasonal vegetables and herbs are available, as well as home-made fruit spreads and various liqueurs. On Fridays the range is supplemented with home-baked bread from the wood-burning oven and cakes. Other products are purchased from regional suppliers.
