Whether in the Stechlin-Ruppiner Land Nature Park with its beech forests and clear-water lakes, on Kyritz-Ruppiner Heide – one of the largest contiguous heath landscapes in Europe – or on a network of routes in Laufpark Stechlin that is unique in Germany and covers more than 534 kilometres in total: on a guided tour you can enjoy superb landscapes while exercising at the same time – a highly beneficial combination!

In the course of an approximately 3-hour Nordic Walking tour you will learn all about the local sights and pick up interesting facts about the region and its history. In addition, you can look forward to receiving useful tips and support to optimise your personal Nordic Walking technique.

There is plenty of time to stop for a breather and take photos, too. After this guided walk you will have benefited your health as well as finding out a lot of fascinating facts!

All you need to do is make sure you are properly dressed. Please wear clothes that are suited to the weather and bring along sufficient drinking water.
