Lake Scharmützelsee is 12 kilometres long and offers ideal conditions for a wide variety of water sports activities. In order to be able to enjoy this to the full, pedal boats, rowing boats, paddle boats and SUPs are available for hire from Surf & Fun, as well as motor boats – both licence-free and those requiring a licence. In addition, various windsurf boards of differing proficiency levels are available as well as sailing boats. You can learn to surf and sail with the help of our trained sailing and surfing instructors – or simply get an initial taste of what it's like. Surf & Fun is a recognised VDWS school.
