The 11-metre-high water tower is located at the highest point of Waldsieversdorf. It contains a 70,000 liter basin with a diameter of 3.85 meters and a height of 1.90 meters. All the villas and country houses were supplied with spring water from the Margareten spring from here.

Today, the water tower is the landmark of Waldsieversdorf and was opened as a viewing tower on July 24, 1998 after extensive restoration work. There is now also a telescope on the tower platform, which offers a wonderful view of parts of Märkische Schweiz and the village. The tower's water technology equipment can also be viewed here.

The water tower is probably one of the most beautiful vantage points in the Märkische Schweiz region.
