The tour starts on the market square, outside the historic town hall. From here we cross the road towards Berliner Tor. In front of the gate, we turn right along the town wall. After a short walk along the wall, we turn right once again towards the town centre. We walk on past beautiful historic houses, and keep walking straight ahead towards the St Mary Magdalene Church. We go past the church and bear right once again. We soon turn right yet again, into Pestalozzistrasse. From here we look for a little alley that will take us to Ernst-Thälmann-Strasse. Here we bear left towards Prenzlauer Tor and the town history museum. We now follow the town wall once again, until we reach Eulenturm. From here we return towards the market square.
