The quaint house is located near the Werbellin Canal, surrounded by high trees and large shrubs. It accommodates two nostalgically furnished rustic holiday apartments which sleep three and four people. The smaller 60-square metre apartment has a combined living room/bedroom with three beds, a small kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The larger 80-square metre apartment has a living room and two bedrooms with a total of four beds, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen. Both apartments have a television and radio.

The garden is surrounded by forest and features a sunbathing lawn, a terrace with seating and a barbecue area. A car parking space is available. Bicycles are available for hire free of charge. There is a landing stage that belongs to the house. Pets can be brought along by arrangement.
