The community of producers and consumers alike compiles a weekly online product catalog for the next distribution date. The products range from free-range meat and dairy products to delicatessen products and fruit and vegetables from local farms. Once a week, the products ordered and already paid for via the online platform can be picked up at Café 21 in Hall 21 (Lok21). This always happens on Thursdays from 17:00 to 18:30. However, there is also a so-called "late pick-up box" which allows pick-up until 19:30.
