Situated in the old village center of Schönefeld, a stone's throw from the listed fieldstone church, the Restaurant&Café "Das Jaartn" is located in a lovingly converted historic barn from 1895. Dishes and cakes are regional/seasonal and always homemade. Here you eat fine bourgeois cuisine with international influences as well as ingredients from their own garden or from sustainable cultivation. You quickly forget the time under sun sails on the roof terrace or let your soul dangle under the leafy green of the walnut tree in the middle of the courtyard. In short, "Das Jaartn" could be described as: a gem on the outskirts of Berlin with great attention to detail.
