Bus connections from Wildau and Königs Wusterhausen allow the Center to be reached by public transport. Inside, a customer information desk provides information to customers to help them find their way around. Accessible lifts, customer toilets and baby-changing rooms are also available.

On selected dates, events and special promotions take place.
