Claudia Hartlöhner’s team serves guests modern German dishes with Mediterranean influences – reinterpreted with exceptional twists – in the historical walls of the Luther House in Wittenberg. Kitchen manager Christian Hirsch focuses on modern German cuisine with Mediterranean influences, with no limits on the creativity that goes into his variations.
