This new-build on a private plot has state-of-the-art furnishings and combines quality and comfort. The rooms with a double bed can be rented out as individual guests rooms or can be combined as a holiday apartment or a whole holiday home. There are two rooms with en-suite bathrooms and showers on the ground floor – one of the en-suite rooms is also accessible. A shared, fully equipped kitchen has direct access to the garden.

There are two more en-suite rooms on the upper floor, both designed as a two-storey maisonette up to the attic. The garden can be accessed via an outdoor staircase from the kitchen. There is spacious seating in the garden.
