The “Grünewalder Lauch” recreation area is located on the edge of the Lower Lusatian Heath Nature Park, surrounded by vast forests and quiet trails for walking and cycling. Three new holiday homes that cater especially for the needs of families with children, are situated in a tranquil forested area. The nearest bathing area is just 100 metres away.

Two of the three holiday homes sleep up to six people. On the ground floor, there is the living room with plenty of seating, a television and a fireplace, as well as a well-equipped fitted kitchen with a hob, oven, fridge and dishwasher. The bathroom is also on the ground floor. It features an accessible shower, a toilet, a sink and a towel radiator. The entire ground floor is fitted with underfloor heating. On the upper floor, there are the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe, and in the children’s bedroom there is a corner sofa with a sleep function. Further beds are available in the attic that can be used as a sleeping loft. The steep angle of the roof provides for sufficient headroom, also in the attic.
The third and biggest holiday home sleeps up to twelve people. On the accessible ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a well-equipped kitchen with a hob, oven, fridge and dishwasher, as well as a big dining table. A fireplace is located opposite the dining area. The fully equipped bathroom on the ground floor features an accessible shower, a toilet, a sink and a towel radiator. Two more bedrooms are located on the upper floor. In one of these there are four beds and a built-in closet, and in the other one there are bunk beds and sofa elements. There is a second bathroom with a shower, toilet and double sink on the upper floor. The attic can be used as a sleeping loft. It is home to an additional double bed (140 x 200 centimetres). There is also room for a cot.
