The state capital's historic centre shines in new splendor. The new Baroque-style state parliament building is very impressive and next to the reconstructions of memorable facades, the Old Market shows a great display from different periods. The city walk informs about newly opened Museum Barberini at the Old Market, St. Nicholas' Church, the New Market and the reconstruction of the Garrison Church. Further recommendation: Inside visits of the rebuilt city castle and St. Nicholas' church with its view point on the cupola dome.
