The protestant church ‘Zum Guten Hirten’ on the Kellerberg hill in the centre of Grünheide (Mark) was inaugurated in 1892. Particularly remarkable are the apostle statues that were made by the sculptor Prof. Riegelmann who used to live in Grünheide. The northern slope of Kellerberg is home to a mausoleum: The burial site of the Teich family is a large round temple that was built around 1919 using Thuringian travertine.
