The brewery Flügel's Hof is the smallest brewery in Brandenburg. Almost exactly 500 years to the day after the Purity Law of 1516 was established, the Flügel's Hof started the first brewing tests in its own garage.

With a 50-liter brewing system and three fermentation tanks, Flügelbräu was established as the smallest brewery in Brandenburg. The beers stand for traditional craftsmanship, modernity, closeness to home and openness to new recipes. The recipes interpret classic varieties in their own way. The beer should retain its natural cloudiness and tastes best unfiltered.

Only natural ingredients are used and no chemical helpers, pasteurization, filtration or coloring agents are used. Fair prices are a sign of mutual respect here. All beers are made by hand and anyone who looks over their shoulders appreciates the effort and strength it takes.
