This dairy farm has both dairy sheep and Bentheimer sheep for meat production. The sheep’s milk is used to make different cheeses and other products. Visitors can also purchase lamb, lamb salami, knackwurst sausage, ham, sheepskin and sheep’s wool at the farm shop. The selection also includes cow’s milk from Jersey cows, supplied by a Demeter farm.
