This restaurant at the heart of the Schorfheide region serves German and international cuisine with particular specialities featuring game from the surrounding forests. There is often also a whole wild boar cooked on a spit in the middle of the rustic dining area. Guests can enjoy the tasty meat with the traditional accompaniments of potato dumplings, apple and red cabbage. See the hotel’s website for dates. The menu also includes venison and pheasant.

The restaurant can accommodate 120 guests. The rooms are decorated in a hunting style with lots of trophies. Guests can also take a seat at one of the many tables in the tree-filled garden.
