This restaurant in a welcoming town house at the heart of Bernau is steeped in tradition and serves typical local cuisine with seasonal specialities like asparagus, chanterelle mushrooms, and game. The menu also features dishes with fish and meat, as well as vegetarian options. Starters, soups, salads and desserts including French toast and apple strudel complete the selection. A speciality of the restaurant are its Zicken-Schulze giant meat dumplings.
Breakfast is also served in the adjoining guest house. There is space for up to 50 people in the dining areas, with a further 25 seats on the summer terrace.
