Buckowseerinne nature conservation area is on the edge of the Schorfheide-Chorin Biosphere Reserve, north west of the town of Eberswalde between Britz, Werbellin and Finowfurt. The trail runs through gentle hills along a series of small lakes and ponds through the idyllic landscape.

The Schöpfungspfad (creation trail):

Part of the circular trail has information panels along the way, which were installed in cooperation with the church parish of Lichterfelde. The story of creation can be seen and read in reference to the interplay between nature and humans.

Length: Schöpfungspfad (creation trail): 8 kilometres, total circular trail: 13 kilometres

Start / finish: Lichterfeld district of Buckow, parking area on the grounds of Buckow

Logo/route sign: green and red dot

Route: Buckow - Blütenberg - Werbellin - Buckow

Trail conditions/surface: Dirt tracks and forest paths
