In the summer the rooms are always pleasantly cool and they are cosy and warm in the winter. The energy is provided by the building's own photovoltaic system with storage, and the waste water is purified using an organic water treatment plant.

All rooms are lined with clay plaster and fitted with a ventilation system that beings fresh air and a healthy indoor climate. Each of the 3 apartments has a different design theme, offering the right furnishing for every taste.

From the terrace with barbecue area guests can observe the fallow deer in the property's enclosure. There is also a hunting lodge, which is a great place to relax when the weather is bad.

Location and fittings: quiet on the edge of the village, eat-in kitchen, bathroom with shower, terrace/garden, barbecue hut, sunbathing lawn

Programmes and extras: Fallow deer enclosure, outdoor kitchen, gun locker, shuttle service from Groß Schönebeck railway station
